All prices are in EUR and are tax-exclusive. Seats are billed monthly in arrears (pro-rated for partial-month seats). Inbound WhatsApp messages on the Advanced plan are billed at €0.01 per received message. Advanced includes a 14-day free trial per client. Each plan includes generous storage — uploaded documents and external resources count toward the allowance; Teams transcripts and WhatsApp inputs do not. Client Admins are warned at 80% of the allowance. Uploads stay open if you go over: extra usage is billed at €2.00 / GB / month on Basic, €1.00 / GB / month on Standard, and €0.50 / GB / month on Advanced, sampled daily and prorated.
