Why we built it
Every team makes hundreds of meaningful decisions a year — which vendor, which hire, which architecture, which price. Most of them are made in a meeting, captured nowhere, and forgotten within a quarter.
Six months later, someone reopens the same question. The arguments are relitigated. The original reasoning is lost. The new hire has no way to understand why things are the way they are. The organization slows down.
That accumulated forgetting is what we call the clog.
Declogger is the simplest possible answer, built around two surfaces that mirror how teams actually work. First, a per-team Task Board — To do, Doing, Done — where the work in flight lives, with task assignment, avatars, and one-click archiving of completed work. Second, a shared Knowledge Base made up of four parts: the searchable archive of logged decisions, uploaded documents (policies, contracts, manuals), external resources (regulations, standards, guidance), and a tasks archive of everything your teams have already shipped.
Any task can be promoted into a logged decision in one click, and every decision, document, external resource, and archived task is searchable forever. Roles, team scopes, and approval routing keep accountability clear at every step — contributors route saves, edits, and overrules to an approver, who can rerun conflict and opportunity analysis with their own permissions before deciding.
AI does the heavy lifting. Drop in a PDF, Word file, or image and the context is extracted for you. Connect Microsoft Teams and meeting transcripts turn into draft decisions automatically. Conflicts and opportunities against everything already in the Knowledge Base — decisions, documents, resources, and archived tasks — are surfaced before you ship.
Over time, that archive becomes more than a record. Declogger is the Organizational Intelligence Platform built around your decisions — turning them into insights across teams, a clear chain of accountability, and a traceable history of how the organization actually thinks.
What changes
When decisions become searchable, new hires onboard faster, the same debates stop recurring, and the team builds a shared institutional memory that survives turnover. Each decision has a named Decision-maker, so it's always clear who owns what — and Insights surface cooperation opportunities and conflicts across teams before they become problems.
